Ayesha S. Chacko joined the Wilmington office of Campbell & Levine, LLC in 2008. Ms. Chacko concentrates her practice on Section 524(g) asbestos settlement trusts, mass tort bankruptcies, and general bankruptcy matters.
Ms. Chacko also has general litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, products and premises liability matters.
She received her B.A. from the University of Delaware in 2002 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Chacko is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Delaware, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and Supreme Court of New Jersey, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey.
Ms. Chacko is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is also is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court, the Delaware State Bar Association and the DSBA's Women and Law and Multicultural Judges and Lawyers Sections. She is currently serving as the Secretary of the South Asian Bar Association of Delaware.
