Focusing her practice in the area of public finance, Ms. Edwards serves as bond, underwriter and borrower's counsel and provides guidance to clients on finance, regulatory and governance issues.

During her career, Ms. Edwards has represented a wide range of clients in the public finance community, including government issuers, special purpose districts, public utility districts, universities and investment and commercial banks.

A member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Laywers and the Allegheny County Bar Association, Ms. Edwards has served as a Management Analyst in the Governor's Office of Administration. A Pittsburgh native, Ms. Edwards received a B.S. from Duquesne University in 1983, an M.P.A from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983, and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve in 1991, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Ms. Edwards is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the State of Washington.
