Michael E. Lamb is an Attorney of Counsel at Campbell and Levine, LLC, and serves as the Controller of the City of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Lamb focuses his practice on Public Finance, Municipal Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Commercial Law. He served the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County as its last Prothonotary where he is credited with transforming that office into the most technologically advanced court recording office in the Commonwealth.
A graduate of the Local Government Academy, Mr. Lamb received a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law, a Masters in Public Management from the H. John Heinz School of Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Lamb is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Probate Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Brehon Law Society.
A Board Fellow of the Institute of Politics at the University of Pittsburgh and a frequent lecturer, Mr. Lamb is an instructor of civil procedure for Continuing Legal Education seminars. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Regional Development Funding Corporation, the Downtown YMCA, the Catholic Youth Association and the Kane Foundation.
A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Michael and his wife Jill live in the Mount Washington neighborhood of the city.
